How can I redeem my voucher?

After ordering, you will receive an email with a link to the confirmation page where you will find your voucher code.

Click on the following link to redeem your voucher code:https://www.outdooractive.com/de/voucher.htmlRegister or log in with your e-mail address, if you already have an account. Click on "Pro" or "Pro+" depending on your gift subscription and enter your voucher code.

Go to "My page" in the Outdooractive app and synchronise.

What happens if my subscriptions expires?

After 12 months, the subscription ends automatically and will not be renewed. No credit card details are required at any time.

Can the voucher be used if I already have an Outdooractive account?

If you already have a current Outdooractive subscription, you can redeem the voucher in the last 7 days of the subscription period. You do not have to cancel your current subscription in advance.

Can I get a template for the voucher?

We have prepared a template for you in German and English. Simply download it here for Pro or Pro+, print it out and insert the code on the order confirmation page.
